We will research your defect report promptly. If we confirm it, we will provide you with a free product upgrade that addresses the problem, or refund your purchase price. No refunds are available for the downloaded software products, unless the software is defective. All defects must be reported within 30 days of product purchase for your free product upgrade or refund.
