To help you stay current, we let you know promptly how, where and on what terms to get an upgrade.
Our 100% Product Delivery Guarantee
Product download links are presented immediately upon purchase and sent to the email address you provide us. If, for any reason, you lose your download, decide to change your computer or accidentally delete ValuAdder, contact us by phone or email. Once we confirm you're the customer of record, we will replace your ValuAdder copy free of charge via a re-download link for up to 90 (ninety) days after your purchase.
We guarantee your USB shipment. Your USB shipment is made with delivery tracking. If your USB tracking shows non-delivery after 10 business days, contact us and once we verify your claim we will mail you the first replacement, free of charge. Any additional requests you make for replacement of your USB due to non-delivery require documented evidence of non-receipt.
Please include your first and last name and order number when you contact us regarding a re-download request or replacement for your USB shipment. This helps us to verify you as the customer of record. We reserve the right to deny your request if we can't confirm that you're the customer of record.
